100% Sauvignon Blanc
Manually-harvested from 60-year-old vines of Sauvignon Blanc grown on clay-limestone soil. The grapes are harvested late in mid-October ripe with 50% botrytis. On this special cuvée the grapes from the Auksinis cuvées have undergone an extended 12 months of open-top maceration in old wood before its regular fermentation and aging.
