Auksinis Maceration
100% Sauvignon Blanc
Manually-harvested from 60-year-old vines of Sauvignon Blanc grown on clay-limestone soil. The grapes are harvested late in mid-October ripe with 50% botrytis. The grapes from the Auksinis cuvées have first undergone a week of maceration on its skins before its regular fermentation and aging.
