The Quinta Red Blend is a field blend of 5 indigenous grapes (Tavkveri, Shavkapito, Danakharuli, Goruli Mtsvane and Chinuri). It undergoes 5 days skin contact before aging in Georgian Qvevri, which are buried in the ground to naturally regulate the temperature.
