Georgia Native Grapes Blend
This is a blend from a collection of not less than 120 indigenous red and white varieties in Georgia from a single 1/2 hectare of land in Tibaani, Kakheti in the most Eastern growing region of Georgia with alluvial soils and sandstone and quartz. Almost half of them being white grape varieties, co-maceration of about 9 months and co-vinification in clay Georgian qvevris, these traditional Georgian amphorae lined with bees wax and completely buried in the soil.
