100% Sauvignon Blanc

Made from grapes sourced from Robert Surmann's 30-year-old vineyard in Totness. The grapes were destemmed and then transferred straight to a ceramic egg for maceration on the skins for two weeks. This process gives the wine subtle varietal characters, with soft tropical flavours of green pineapple and a hint of herbaceousness.
