From the Lucy Margaux farm, own roots pinot noir, without irrigation or sprayed with anything (no copper no sulphur), occasional biodynamic preparations, bush vines, red clay soils. Whole bunches fermentation in a wooden fermenter for a couple of weeks and pressed in a manual basket press and aged in glass demijohns. As wild as the wind and refined as raw silk.
