Crafted from a blend of 75% Steuben, 15% Delaware and 10% Merlot grapes, this wine undergoes different vinification methods for each grape variety before being blended. It is aged for 8-9 months, with 60% in stainless steel and 40% in amphoras. Fermented with wild yeast, the wine remains unfined, unfiltered and free from additives.
