A blend of Steuben, Delaware, Niagara and Neo-Muscato. These grapes undergo various vinification methods, including 6-day, 7-day and 14-day skin fermentation before being blended. Fifteen percent of the blend undergoes whole bunch skin fermentation. The wine is then aged for approximately 10 months, with 64% aged in stainless steel vats and 36% in amphoras.
