Delaware Blend
Crafted from a blend of Delaware (58%), Niagara (29%) and Steuben (17%) grapes, this wine undergoes various vinification methods for each grape variety to avoid excessive tannins. Fermented in stainless steel vats, the sugar content is adjusted before bottling by adding back unfermented Delaware juice and fermenting it in the bottle.
