Nanyo Cider


Fuji Apples & La France Pears

Made from a blend of Fuji apples and La France pears from Nanyo, Yamagata prefecture. Careful fruit sorting before pressing, the juice is then co-fermentated in stainless steel vat. Once main fermentation is completed, the cider is bottled with 10-11g/L of residual sugar for a light petillant effect.
