Delaware Blend
A blend of 90% Delaware and 10% Niagara. Destemmed Delaware was skin contacted for 24 hours, then blended with 12 hours skin contact of Niagara and Delaware. The wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel vats for 7 months using wild yeast. It is unfined, unfiltered and additive-free.
