Delaware Blend
Predominantly made from Delaware grapes with a touch of Steuben, Neo-Muscato and Merlot. Delaware undergoes 10-13 days of skin fermentation in amphoras before blending with 12-hour skin contact of Steuben, Neo-Muscato and Merlot. 10% of it undergoes whole bunch skin fermentation. Half of the wines ages in amphoras and another half in stainless steel vats.
