Crafted from a blend of 35% Steuben, 26% Delaware, 24% Merlot and some Cabernet Sauvignon, Niagara and Neo-Muscato, this wine undergoes various vinification methods in amphoras for each variety, all destemmed, before being blended. It is aged in amphoras for 8 months, using wild yeast and remaining unfined, unfiltered and free from additives.
