Niagara Blend

Blended from Niagara, Rosario Bianco, Delaware, Neo-Muscato and Chardonnay. Three distinct components were combined: directly pressed Delaware and Chardonnay, 24 hours of skin contact with Niagara and Rosario Bianco and seven days of skin fermentation with whole bunches of Niagara and Neo Muscat. Fermented and aged in amphoras for 8 months using wild yeast. It is unfined, unfiltered and additive-free.
