The "Strangenberg" traces the prestigious Pinot Noir vine inside the Alsatian territory with class, style and great adherence. The wine undergoes spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts with maceration on the skins for 10 days. It is then placed in old oak barrels of over 80 years old for 6 months.
