Gamay from 60-year-old vines grown on granitic and sandy soils, facing southwest. Grapes harvested by hand, and handled with respect to preserve the indigenous yeasts. Gentle vinification, 100% destemmed, then macerated for 2 months in 400-litre terracotta amphoras. Maturation for 10 months in vats. Bottled unfiltered.
