Nordoc Cabernet Sauvignon is grown on chalky-clay soils with crumbled stones vineyards. The nose is rich and intense, gorgeous ripe black berries, plum, cassis with hints of vanilla and toast. More ripe black berries are found on the palate, with lovely sweetness and juiciness, ending with wild herbs hints and finely grained tannins.
