Chablis Grand Cru Vaudesir


100% Chardonnay

Grapes for the Vaudesir were planted on Kimmeridgien clay. Grapes were machine harvested and were funnelled straght into pneumatic presses. The juices were left to settle for 12 hours before being transferred to stainless steel tanks. The wine is then allowed to age in oak barrels (30% new).
