Carignan Blend
This is a blend of 50% Carignan and 50% Grenache Noir from a mixture of clay and limestone soil. Vines are between 20-120 years old with 100% whole-cluster fermentation and two to three day maceration. Fermented and aged in large concrete vats. The wine was bottled unfined and unfiltered with a small amount of sulphur added at bottling.
