This is a blend of 75% Carignan and 25% Grenache from old vines dating back to 140 years. They give an extremely small amount of grapes, only 25 hectoliters per hectare, which ensures a high concentration of wine. The berries are separated from the crests and fermented in concrete containers. After that, the wine ripens for 4 months on a thin draft and bottled without filtration and clarification.
