Macabeu Blend
This is a blend of 45% Macabeu, 45% Rolle and 10% Carignan Blanc from a mixture of clay and limestone soil. This wine was directly pressed and fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged on the lees in concrete vats. The wine was bottled unfined and unfiltered with a small amount of sulphur added at bottling.
