Glera Blend
A blend of Glera and Pinot Noir from the Belluno area of sedimentary carryover and marl. Harvested Glera undergoes direct pressing with pink vinification of the Pinot Noir. Must undergoes spontaneous fermentation with further aging for 3-4 months in steel. The wine is then bottled with added must from dried grapes.
