Glera Blend

A blend of Glera, Bianchetta Trevigiana and Verdiso from vineyards since the 1950s in the hills around Combai. Harvested grapes undergo spontaneous fermentation and maceration of the skins for 10 days in steel with further aging in steel. It is then bottled with the addition of fresh must of dried Glera and Bianchetta Trevigiana with refermentation in bottle.
