100% Chenin Blanc
This Chenin Blanc from Les Vieux Clos grows in soils rich in schist and quartz. Manually-harvested from 20-year-old vines, which are the result of the selection massale process, whereby the cuttings are selected from the most prized vines in the vineyards to replant. Only indigenous yeasts are used and the wine is aged in both neutral oak barrels and vats.
