100% Nero d’Avola

The Ciello vineyards are located in the sandy hills of Alcamo, nearly 300 metres above sea level. The fruit is picked early to retain acidity and freshness resulting in bright, crunchy and satisfying wines. This Nero d'Avola undergoes fermentation with indigenous yeast and was allowed to mature slightly in stainless steel. It was then bottled without fining or filtration.
