Merlot Blend
A cuvée of 65% Merlot and 35% Cabernet Franc. Hand harvested, the grapes were fermented in cement tanks with natural yeasts and macerated for 8-10 days. Maturation was in stainless steel tanks for 8 months. Medium bodied on the palate with firm structure, it displays notes of blackcurrants, dark raspberries, cassis, and thyme.
