This blend of 95% Tempranillo and 5% Viura from the village of Baños de Ebro in Rioja Alavesa was 100% picked by hand with a first selection in the vineyard by specialized grapepickers. Destemmed grapes are transferred by gravity into 12000KG stainless steel tanks for carbonic maceration with spontaneous malolactic fermentation in cement vats after. The wine is then left to age for a further 5 months in cement vats with soft filtration before bottling.
