A blend of 90% Tempranillo and 10% Graciano from 15 different plots in the village of Abalos in Rioja Alavesa. 100% picked by hand with a first selection in the vineyard by specialized grapepickers. Destemmed grapes are transferred by gravity into 12000KG stainless steel tanks for fermentation with spontaneous malolactic fermentation and further aging in 500/3500 liters French oak vats for 15 months. The wine undergoes a soft filtration before bottling.
