Paso Las Mañas


100% Tempranillo

Grapes were 100% handpicked from Samaniego in Rioja Alavesa. Destemmed grapes are transferred by gravity into 12000KG stainless steel tanks for fermentation with spontaneous malolactic fermentation and further aging in 500/3500 liters French oak foudres for 15 months. The wine undergoes a soft filtration before bottling. Only 3500 bottles produced.
