Tempranillo Blend
Blend of 80% Tempranillo and 20% Garnacha & Palomino Fino from Baños de Ebro in Rioja Alavesa. Grapes are 100% handpicked, destemmed and transferred by gravity into 1000KG tanks. Upon completion of alcoholic fermentation, it is transferred to 600L French oak foudres for malolactic fermentation and where it consequently spends 14 months in. The wine undergoes a soft filtration before bottling. Only 1000 bottles produced.
