Blend of 80% Tempranillo and 20% Graciano from Baños de Ebro in Rioja Alavesa. 100% picked by hand with a first selection in the vineyard by specialized grapepickers. Destemmed grapes are transferred by gravity into 12000KG stainless steel tanks for fermentation with spontaneous malolactic fermentation and further aging in 500/3500 liters French oak foudres for 15 months. The wine undergoes a soft filtration before bottling.
