Riesling Blend
Wild Pony is the wildest and most exciting label by Daniel and Bianka, the blend of grapes changing every year, generally consisting of Riesling, Pinot Blanc and Sylvaner. They are naturally fermented on skins for 6 weeks, individually aged in oak, and protected under a naturally occurring flor in the family’s cellar.
