This is a blend of Merlot, St. Laurent, Portuguese, Blaufränkisch and Pinot Noir. Grapes are manually harvested, destemmed grapes and free run juice is separated and grapes remain on the skin for 4 weeks. After maceration the grapes are pressed. Fermented and aged in 50 year-old 4400 litre oak barrel. Bottled unfiltered and no addition of sulphur.
