Portugieser Blend

Directly pressed and spontaneously fermented Portugieser and Dornfelder grapes in fiberglass container. Aged for 6 months on full yeast, followed by 3 months of secondary fermentation in a pressure tank. Aged in 2400 liter wooden barrels, bottled without filtration.
