Merlot Blend

A blend of Merlot and other historic Bordeaux varieties. Hand-harvested grapes are left to macerate for 40 days on skins in stainless steel and/or cement tanks. It undergoes spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and aged in used French oak barriques. It is then aged in bottle for a time necessary with no filtration or sulphites added
