100% Barbera

Hand-harvested grapes are given 40 days maceration on skins in stainless steel and/or cement tanks. It undergoes pontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts then aged in used French oak barriques, as well as 40 hectolitre wooden tanks. Extended bottle aging incorporated for a time necessary. No filtration or sulphites added
