Chardonnay Blend
A blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Grigio from marl and sandstone soils. 8 day maceration of Pinot Grigio, 18 day maceration of Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay with all spontaneous fermentations in vats with indigenous yeasts. The wine is then left to age for 20 months in old oak and is bottled unfined and unfiltered.
