100% Ribolla Gialla

Grapes are grown on marl and sandstone soils. 20 day maceration with spontaneous fermentations in vats with indigenous yeasts. The wine is then left to age for 30 months in old oak and 3 months in steel. The resulting wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered.
