Chardonnay Blend
A blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Pinot Grigio, Friulano, and Ribolla Gialla. Skin contact for 60 days in open top oak and cherry fermenters. Fermentation only using indigenous yeasts and left to further age in neutral barrels for 30 months.
