100% Zibibbo

Zibibbo aka Muscat of Alexandria were sourced from vineyards in Marsala, Sicily with 12 meters of elevation. All grapes were hand-harvested. Spontaneous fermentation lasts 10 to 15 days with indigenous yeast in amphorae. The wine then remained in contact with the skins for 7 months. It is then aged for 7 months in amphorae plus 2-3 months in concrete tanks and finally 3 months in the bottle before release.
