Grecanico Blend
A blend of 50% Grecanico and 50% Insolia were sourced from estate vineyards in the area of Fontane in Vittoria where the winery is located. All grapes were hand-harvested from vines averaging 12 years of age. The must undergoes spontaneous fermentation in concrete tanks on the skins with indigenous yeast. Aged in concrete tanks and shortly in bottle before release.
