Grapes were sourced from estate vineyards in the Vittoria region with 300 meters in elevation. Grapes were hand-harvested from vines averaging 15 years of age. The must undergoes spontaneous fermentation in concrete tanks on the skins with indigenous yeast. It is then aged in concrete vats for 9 months followed by 3 months in the bottle before release.
