An equal blend of Aleatico and Grechetto Rosso. Grapes were manually harvested, destemmed and macerated for 30 days. Spontaneous fermentation takes place in terracotta amphorae with indigenous yeast. The wine is then matured in amphora for 6 months and an additional 2 months in bottle. No chemical additives were used, tiny amount of sulphur added at bottling.
