Fossa di Lupo


100% Frappato

Made from 100% Frappato planted on the single vineyard Fossa di Lupo, a historical contrada that Arianna Occhipinti has been cultivating since 2004. The soils are sandy with shades that go from red to chestnut brown and with a substantial presence of limestone rocks on the surface. Fermented spontaneously in cement tanks on skins and ages for a few months in used oak barrels. 2600 bottles produced.
